Description
Episode 029 is with retired Sgt Jared Prewitt from the 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, United States Marine Corps. Jared served as a designated marksman (DM) whilst deployed to Ramadi, Iraq in 2006. He was involved in a number of significant events on that deployment.
This is part one of his story where we talk about his time joining the USMC and his first deployment, to Iraq. Follow along for Part 2 in the next episode for his Deployment to Garmsir, Afghanistan and his post-deployment struggles.
